A strong reservation decision is made before the reservation form.

The property name gets you interested. The unit details, commercial terms and your intended use determine whether the purchase actually fits.

Use this checklist before you reserve any MOA unit, then ask SMDC Estate to verify the current details that can change.

1 · Unit

Exact unit type, area, floor, tower, orientation, balcony, view, adjacency and furniture fit.

2 · Commercial terms

Current price, promo, payment schedule, reservation amount, taxes/charges, parking and applicable discounts.

3 · Use

Personal living, rental, second home or live/work—and whether the property rules support that objective.
